small spreads (relatively small),
at least 10p per point ,
a good charting platform,
able to bet on currencies,
able to bet on uk/us shares,
low minimum-around £50,
bonuses for joining or bonuses for recommending?

might be asking a little too much but o well :)

i heard it costs £30 to get real time charting though :( - is this true?
 
Yes, this is true, £30 a month, but only if you don't place at least 2 trades in a month

you can place a 10p a point trade to buy, and 10p a point trade to sell in the space of 10 seconds, and that takes care of your 2 trades for the month.
 
o lol, il place maybe 10 ish. how long can you hold onto one bet for without any extra cost? usual holding time is around 3-5 days.

Erm, no idea really, never rolled over a trade, I only use 1hr timeframes, you might want to give them a call and find out.
