IG charts not available this morning?

wont' link to database is the error message I've been getting for an hour or so whether selecting the advanced, real time, or basic charts.. How the fook do you trade without charts? Never experienced this with IG before :-0

I managed to get on at about 545am but it all crashed at 845am. Can't even get quick charts at the moment.......

They were down yesterday as well.

Yeah mine were working until about 8:40, then they went down. I can remember a key support level that I was looking at before it went down though, but other than that, like you I won't be trading anything without charts.

spoke to them approx. half an hour back, problem with the charts supplier who are based in France apparently. Expect them back up inside the hour...so half an hour and counting. We could always trade the news....

Now the charts are up again, this is the time to open a second SB account - preferably one with a different chart feed to your main account - back-up for good trading opportunities but also insurance in case you can't close a failing position - you can always open an opposing position on the secondary account. For damage limitation only, so modest capital should be enough.
