spread betting on MT4

Yes we are still waiting, it would be a boost for this company, who would be the first to offer a MT4 platform on spread betting.
 
Justspreads.com claim to - don't do it myself yet so can't give any feedback, perhaps you can if you try it.
 
Maybe I have missed something - justspreads.com clearly say you can use metatrader on thier spreadbetting platform on thier website, they dedicate an entire page to it. So what if its an LCG whitelabel - if it does the job, use it.

Unfortunately ODL do not allow use of MT on thier spreadbetting option.

I contacted them today and they outlined that they don't do direct trading from MT, they encourage you to use it for indicators etc but then to place your bet with them seperately on thier web platform. Trading is a continual learning process.
 
Right, so as we said, no spread betting company uses MetaTrader!

Nor will they...
 
Slightly off topic, but does anyone know of a reputable CFD broker using MT4?

Currently use IG, but would love to use MT4 as well.
 
I and a few hundred others I know (no exageration) have been using FXPro.com for over a year without a problem.

They have a huge range of instruments and tight spreads.
 
I believe the answer is that they have less control over the price and spread.
 
I use MT4 with ODL for FX.

Can write 'Expert Advisers' to automating trade execution / management and will use the same funds as is my general web based interface.

If I remember correctly, you would have to request it separately when opening the account though.
