It's just an alias for Spreadex, though. Pity they can't match GFT and WS for Dow spread.

The guy on here is called gooseman i think, he's often on his short and longs thread i think.
(the guy that runs it).

applied for an account yesterday, had enough of Capital Spreads platform going down repeatedly.. 25 minutes the Dow was shut for last night at one point.

nice and easy to open the account, will let you know what I make of them after a few days trading with them

they've got a "premium rate" line in case you wish to call support!!

Got my account approved last night and tried to confirm. Got told there was an error and I should contact customer support ! 85p a minute to call them ! They must think I'm daft. Sent them an email requesting that someone contact me to get the account running. That was at 8am this morning still waiting !! You have to love that standard of customer service. CS may have it's faults but if you call it's a regular phone number and there are no issues. Hey, CS even called me back and that's when I had a complaint. Also in the small print, if their website crashes you have to EMAIL them to close out your position. It's filled when they process your email , regardless of the price when you sent the email. Again if CS goes offline you can generally get straight through to someone to close you out.

Opened the account last night at 10pm, got a message saying contact customer servies when I went to confirm. I ran my girlfriend to work and got back for around 8:15 where I encountered the same problem. Wasn't going to pay 85p a minute for the priviledge of opening an account so dropped them an email asking for someone to contact me to sort it out. That was 4hrs 15mins ago, I haven't heard a whisper since.

Their T2W man seems more concerned about the picture on the front of his website.

I didn't post at 704am. I posted at 11pm asking if anyone had heard of them. The fact the account was approved instantly filled me with false hope.
