To exclude Sundays in FX or other markets click 'Options' then select 'Set time zone and trading hours' from the drop down menu. Attached is an image of the window that opens. Select the market in the window on the left and untick the boxes I have highlighted.

As for the indicators, have you asked prorealtime support if they can help?
