Same Spreadbetting companies under different names

I see that these companies have the same address if I'm not mistaken:

1. Capital Spreads, Etrade, PaddyPower Trader

2. City Index, Finspreads, TD Waterhouse, Barclays Spreadbetting

Is there any difference when opening an account with these spreadbet companies? Or are they all exactly the same outfit with same people but under different names? If you have an issue with one, is it worth opening an account with the other?

Pretty much the same thing AFAIK - some places have various arrangements to provide white label solutions to other firms. Makes sense as they have an instant pool of clients who trust that brand etc..

just look at any of the major bookies on the FSA register then click on 'names'

i.e. city index:
