One of the main factors which you should look at before trading with any particular broker, as well as TIGHT SPREADS & COMMISSION CHARGES is whether they trade 24 hours a day - in index trading this is a major major plus.

I very much doubt if SAXO bank is a good CFD broker - for CFD trading the UK brokers are the ones to go for.

Thanks for that.....more investigation required on these cfd's me thinks! I seem to read alot about DMA not actually being DMA! I really don't like the sound of brokers making there own prices and i will not go there. I will demo GNI touch for a couple of weeks and post my findings.....

If I were you I would not worry too much about DMA - the main thing is look for a broker which offers you good spreads and in the case of the Indices they trade 24 hours a day.

PS- there's no doubt that GNI are one of the best that there is. In terms of value for money CMC are good.

I agree that GNi are good but CMC make their own prices and are
not true DMA like GNi are.

Yes, CMC is a market maker but if you study their prices, they're all based on the market prices - in fact CMC are one of the best CFD providers in the world - they don't deserve my good words about them because they stopped my account and I am very very angry with them because they're simply irreplaceable!

Happy to hear you found my site helpful.

I am afraid I cannot mention the reason for CMC stopping my account - but I can say that CMC would not close accounts because their holders are winning too much money - in fact they regularly hold training sessions for traders!
