I am a relatively new trader (approx 3 months), and would like some advice.
Yesterday, the trading platform that I use from the SB company displayed incorrect pricing. This enabled me to open bets on the platform, then close them on the phone at a price differential some 5 minutes afterwards.
The SB company have now called me and want to undo about 10 trades that they consider incorrect.
I was under the impression that once prices were confirmed either on the platform or verbally, that the transaction was binding.
The company are coming back with the clause in their contract that states
If a bet is based on a manifest error we are entitled acting reasonably and in good faith to void the bet from the begining as though it hadn't taken place.
Any help advice on this would be appreciated
