Stake Size

When Spreadbetting, a daily market, you want to reduce the stake size as much as possible without increasing the number of points needed, which means having a £30+ or £10- Stake Size is inefficient.

What Stake Sizes do you use for Daily markets and Longer term trades?

Should all be based on the amount of capital available and your comfortable risk exposure IMO. Thus trading at whatever stake size your funds allow to make the best possible profit from any given trade with minimal of risk.
