Pssonice, you should read the post again. Nobody say this is for everyone. Of course it is not
1.- If you are a professional trader, the job can´t be explain in a post, because you should have a lot of resources
2.- Your aim depends on you and the risk that you want to take in the market
3.- Background not depend on your school or education, depends on your paper acount profit
4.- Time schelude like a work from 8 to 12 hours per day. Depends on your efficiency
