Investing from Jersey

Good day to you all

1. I have a brokerage account in the U.S
2. I am an Index fund, ETF's Buy and Hold investor.
3. I have very good fees and conditions.
4. I have U.S based Index funds such as Vanguard Index Funds and Fidelity. I have few U.S based I'shares ETF's.

5. I want to move my account "as is" to Europe due to U.S Estate taxes on Nonresident Aliens.
6. The account is very large.

7. I understand that for security and professionalism I will have to pay more.

8. Do you have any recommendations for Jersey?

9. It is very important to me to transfer the account "as is"/

10. Know I am paying only 0.43 for Management fees, I am will to pay 0.7 or 0.8, more will hurt my portfolio.
