I liked the book a lot. The only thing I would complain about is yellow background which makes it difficult to print out. Reading from paper is somewhat more convenient.

But I certainly wouldn't want to claim my money back!

After more than ten years, I'm finally giving up on Yahoo, which means that I have to find someplace to put this, and this is as good a place as any. Therefore, disregard any previous posts referring to a Yahoo group or a website. The "preview" of the book is here.
