Hi all,

I'm new to the world of trading, got captivated by the very fast paced work of a trader. with money flowing in/out of our pockets every second.. simulates my mind alot!

Eager to meet all of you here & learn from you guys everything i possibly can learn about the field. I know it requires alot of experience & critical thinking skills..etc to excel in it. so i'm really looking forward to know you guys better.

Would be thrilled to meet any other fellow Singaporeans as well since as i have noticed most of the forum members are non-singaporeans.

I've got lots of family in Singapore and Malaysia... one of my cousins is a senior trader or something; drives around in a Porsche. Or maybe he's upgraded (downgraded?) to a Ferrari. Or maybe the sub-prime pop took him out. Last I heard, he was dating beautiful Chinese girls. The *******. :LOL:

yap, group trading can be great, esp now we got skype and all. However, it would be better if the traders are looking at the same instruments and trading the same system, otherwise it could be more confusion and distraction. Otherwise it would be just generic sharing and learning which can be done off trading hours.... just my thoughts. ;p

Although not from Singapore have been there lovely place would love to live there.
Now about trading.
Never ever trade in a group.
You will develop a herd instinct and most times go against your better instincts just because everyone is doing it.
trading is a solitary profession and will always be for good traders.
Discuss your ideas and views openly yes, your trades never.
