Esignal is far, far, far too expensive.

Have a look at Prorealtime. It can also do 1 second data.

It also has a multitude of features, infact, I can't think of anything it CANNOT do.

Free trial also available.

Prorealtime is good and has one second charting. (note: a tick is not the same as a second). And it is free if you sign up with IGIndex.
