Probably but I doubt you'll get much change of out $50,000. Most programs will be developed in house.
Plus, no point trying to do this kind of trading unless your commissions are incredibly low, well under 1 cent a share. But to get those kinds of commisions you'll probably have to turnover a minimum of $1-2million of stock a month, maybe a lot more.
