Trading news is bad news in my opinion.

The market usually goes the opposite direction to what you expect anyway. Also, you have to be lightening quick, and also anticipate the news before it even arrives, as a lot of the time the news is reflected in the market before it breaks.

Just think of trading as a game in which 'the public' is usually wrong and loses money.
