New to futures - newbie question

Am I allowed to open and close a DOW futures position multiple times a day if my account is less than $25,000?

My understanding is that day trading restrictions apply to stocks and options, but not futures.

If my account is say $5000 and the margin requirement is $1500/contract, does that mean I am only allowed to execute 3 round trip trades/day?

Or is it that once I am flat I can reopen as many times as I would like?

Note: I am US resident.

As many trades as you want per day.

$1500 means you can not trade more than 3 contracts at any one time.
