Longer term picture look at the major markets

could be crunch time for the markets..first time in a long time indicators are turning down (MACD), RSI bearish divergences..
next ferw weeks will be interesting.. if we carry on down then the next rally may be one to short..rather than buying the dip - as the case has been since 03

Conversely a break above resistance (v close) would probably herald new all time highs and continuance of bullish move..

Swing Low breach, Short term trend down, re-tested breach Friday 071107 after gap breach 6412

Dow and Nasdaq 100 confirmed breaching their swing lows @ 13406 & 2115

Red Line Swing Low area 6412

Black = Last weeks Hi & LO

Purple = open hours range

1 more bad session from the Dow and could be game over and proper re-test of last lows ~ Ftse 5800,

Steve on the Dow thread noted last week ~ Dow looks very un-tested lower down and no obvious major Support, sure to be an interesting run up to Christmas this year, Santa and those Men in Black have got their work cut out.

Finished day on last weeks Low or there abouts (IG chart)

very close to game over so expect her to give you short a bad ride

Enter on the pull back to last weeks low if it goes and you can keep your fingers away from the mouse

Me I"ll stick to the gentle Ftse for a bit longer, bit more time to think

Long term charts still showing signs of tops building..

Nikkei still trading in channel
DOW and DAX close to MACD cross overs..
FTSE crossed over..but momentum to downside yet to pick up..
