Whither the DAX

The FTSE, DJ Stoxx (cash and future) broke their 200-day ma's a few days ago; the DOW yielded today.

However, the DAX still has some way to go: c 7143 on the future (7313 last trade), 7109 on the cash (7272 close today).

Why?

Not all markets turn bearish at the exact same time...? just my 2c

FW,

Struck me as odd that the DAX hasn’t, and especially when compared to the Stoxx given the high correlation. Of course, all index constituents are different but I doubt the DAX is unique in its degree of broad economic international/European exposure.

Or perhaps it illustrates the advantage of the ECB being a proxy for the Bundesbank, ie the primacy of the German economy.
