FTSE100 30/09/05 Close-Settlement +15.1 Ticks

Anyone know what happened on the FTSE100 today as @ 4:29PM it was down 15.6 then the settlement came up @ 4:36PM as down 0.5. A difference of some 15.1 ticks.

The after hours auction alters the closing price.

I know but usually it is only 4-7 ticks @ most. Seems a little unusual to be 15.1.
