Hi Terry,

I am thinking about buying his course as well! Is it really as goog as it seems? Could you please tell me your win/loss ratio so far? Why did you choose just this course? I am thinking about purchasing one of the following courses: tradersinternational.com, coilledmarkets.com and tmitchell.com. I cannot decide so far! Any help would be grate!

I purchased Todd's course last year. It is clear and concise, not revolutionary but useful. The reason I bought his course was because of the excellent lifetime backup he offersand the money back guarantee. I had a day 's training (via telephone as I live in New Zealand) which was good. Post market , each day he posts a chart which is extremely helpful. He is always available via email and seems an honest guy. You can also subscribe to a daily video download with discussion of the day's action which I imagine would be really helpful. There are many approaches to trading eminis and Todd's approach is just one of them. I have only started to become consistently profitable now that I only trade the setups that I know. Todd can give you an approach that works, but the most important ingredient is yourself. I am making progress in that regard, though I still take undisciplined trades occasionally. I am averaging about 12 points a week (last 2 months, it has taken about 10 months to get to this point). At present I am still trading one contract, when my trading skills become more consistent I will gradually increase my contract size ( every $5000 profit). As my skills improve, I expect to increase my weekly return to around 15 points, but not much more. Real profits seem to me to come from consistency and contract size, in other words you can't get every move during the day. ( don't be greedy).
I don't think any course will make you profitable immediately, that take place as a consequence of mastering yourself.
Hope this is helpful. If you have anymore questions pm me.

Hello Terry.

I am a beginner and looked at the trading concepts program. It appears that you weren't really using it from your e-mail. Would that be a correct assumption? Also your posting was in 2005. If you still view this site I would much appreciate your insight in light of the fact you are now three more years down the road, not only regarding the Todd Mitchell course, but anything else you have picked up as a now seasoned trader. The market is absolutely flooded with courses all claiming to be the best. I live in England. Hope that doesn't jeopardise my receiving a reply (joke). Any other experienced traders reading this, any unbiased help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I am working with bit for 8 months and trust it although I don't trust my discipline with it. When I follow it I mostly win, when I don't I lose big. Having a chat friend could be a great way to discipline myself and have more confidence. How long have you be trading with it?

Is is better to do it by e mail, because I am new to this chat site.

I've been trading it for 6 months and am beginning to trust it. How are you doing?

Gentleman....
I am also a prospective student of Todd's course. Not withstanding the self discipline, how has your educating/trading going? Are you making points? If you are willing you can e-mail me at [email protected]. I'd love to talk to someome and especially when I get started I would like to continue sharing experiences to become a better trader. - Cheers - David

So far I purchased todd mitchell, traders international and tsunami. Of the three I find tsunami the best. If you decide to purchase it, please let me know as all three offer a referral rebate, which I would like to collect to offset my costs of purchasing these. I would be happy to give more details about my experiences with all three.

Just wondering why you think tsunami is the best (just from the thread, you appeared to have spent quite some time mastering Todd Mitchell's methods)? Is it giving you more profitable trades?

From a quick look through their website, it looks as if its some sort of indicator service...is that right? How much is it? I couldn't find any pricing information on their website.

Hi rafalziel,

The reviews in this thread Day Trading Forum - Tsunami Trading Educators doesn't have much positive things to say about tsunami. What have your experiences been like with them?

I've been trading the program for about 6 weeks now. I paper traded it for about 4 weeks developing consistency, and and have been trading 1 contract with real money for just over 1 week. I aggree with Rafal and would like to have a friend to chat with who is trading the same methodology. I feel that it would definatly help maintain focus, discipline, and confidence. I'm going to contact Rafal and Terry and see if we can form some kind of group. Anyone else who is currently trading the system feel free to contact me.

Hey Stephen, I too have just purchased the Todd's course, about 2 weeks ago. I have completed all his material and will start my paper trading next week - along with going over the course again. I would be willing to talk with you however I don't have any history as yet. I feel confident that this methodology WILL work (as long as I don't inject my thoughts and ideas). I have big plans for this program as I am a programmer and I see where many aspects of this course can be coded to aid the trader. You can reach me via my e-mail ... or maybe here.

Hi guys, I would like to hear if you have any updates and results from trading Toms methods. Do you think this was the best course to give you the methodology and basis of becoming a profitable trader? Any feedback?? I think it's an expensive course and am looking for a course that can give me a real solid foundation and workable strategy for opening of the market.

I cant say any thing bad about Todd Mitchel because he sent me back my $1000. refund. I wast crazy about the black and white loose leaf 500 page note book he sent. With all the modern teaching methods today, I wanted a better approach to teaching.

Curious question, did you read through his information? I thought he defined his rules very well.
