Hi Guys,
It's been a while since I posted here but I wanted to share some stats on the FTSE which might help add another string in your bow when trading the FTSE 100.

FTSE 100 Monthly Performance:

FTSE 100 Daily Points Score:

Hope you find this information useful.

These type of stats are very useful for ftse traders,do you know anywhere where forex stats can be found. I love reading and noting them even if I dont have the confidence to trade on them alone. Wish it was as simple as just selling ftse on a Thursday and buying on a Friday. i would love to see someone start a thread and trade according to something like this
Thanks

Hi Lord Flasheart - I only trade the FTSE and DOW, and unfortunately, I haven't come across these type of stats for any FX pairs.

Re: Tony B

Your top 10 trading mistakes have me sitting here shaking my head... have you been looking over my shoulder? Your comment about racing around chasing new indicators made me lol! Duh! Very good set of rules, I know how much it has cost you to (£) to come up with that. Well done, thanks.

What is your current trading criteria for the ft100 intraday?

Hi Chris - Apologies, the sites been given a new look and some of the pages may have gone awol for a while.

Trading Mistakes | Trading FTSE

I can't put a value on those mistakes - they've litterally cost me tens of thousands of pounds!!

Currently, I trade off various timeframes depending on what the charts are telling me and if I have time to sit in front of my computer all day! My strategy these days is trying to trade off clear levels of support and resistance, and trying to get on-board strong trends.

Hope that helps :)
