Non-Resident US Traders?

Is there anyone out there that is actually trading as a Non-Resident? If so how did you prove to your broker that you are a non-resident?

I have had a few great Fx brokers close their doors to US citizens and am tired of being limited because I live in the US. I am willing to move to another freekin country for awhile if I have to, but would prefer to do this all online.

setup an offshore entity to do your trading.

you will still need to declare any income from this for tax purposes but the entity would not if setup right.

you need to check this with an offshore lawyer / accountant to see if it suits your needs.
