Best broker/Programme to use?

I'm thinking of trading from home and I'm wondering what people think the best execution-only broker is? And also, I'd like to use a live streaming, level 2 system that has charts and analytical tools. I'd like to hear peoples' opinions regarding these too.

I like Tradestation, reasonable commissions and Easy Language which you can build systems in. Decent charting also.
