First steps

Hi guys, im looking to eventually one day wind up in an IB trading, i do not have a clue what is most profitable, the easiest, the hardest, where to begin etc etc. I am a complete novice, with not a lot of qualifications to back and match my ambition. Very keen on an early retirement (32) but i cannot see this happening and with Gordon Brown engaging his policies, i fear working like a robot and becoming obsolete at the young age of 70. I guess City bonuses are the only way out of this, on the legal side of course! Any help much appreciated guys. Thanks, Marc
