Inter.Brokers account for offshore company

Hi I found that it is not easy to open account for offhore company with IB. I did it another way.

The taxman will think that you are avoiding taxation in your own country. If they discover you, you can get into problems. The only way that you can justify to set up a company offshore is if your main trading activity is focused to international clients. In this case I imagine that if you would manage funds on behalf of your customers located abroad, this could be justified. But look for legal advise. I am just guessing the answer according to my experience and according to what i have read. Look for incubators hedge funds.
