office space to rent CONWAY AREA what are your thoughts?

hey there iv seen an office for ren't in my local town for £35 p/w wich is big enough for 2 people and how ever many monitors you like.. its on a street with other stock brokers and solicits so its in a pretty good area and 2min away from the train station and we receive 14.6mbps download speeds with 28 ping so im trying to find somebody between hollyhead to chester area.. from chester the train is 30min the office is based in Colwyn Bay,North Wales
