Correction its not illegal if you know the law well.
I manage my own accounts with more than one broker in the UK. Also i manage my clients accounts also with UK brokers of their choice.
Get a good lawyers opinion and you will see it would not breach the fsa rules and I'm not fsa registered but all the brokers i deal with are.

I dont have to be overseas either! i live in London cause most of my clients are in the UK.

Whats your choice of trading? is it derivatives or SB... and plz dont tell me you have US brokers
