Experienced trader / Looking for a backing firm

Good day everyone.
After leaving a bunch of jokers, I am looking for a serious firm backing its traders.
My markets: Equity Indices (dax, cac, exx, dow) and IR futures (bund, ty).
Ideally, I want to expand into stock cfds and fx.
