I've been looking at a career in the markets for the last year or so, passed my CISI regs and securities and got a job last summer at a CFD brokers which I left 6 months later.
I've just passed my derivatives exam recently and want to work in that general area, either at an IDB or leading trading arcade. I've got a couple of names of companies from other posts to look at, but don't know who's best to start with. I gather anyone asking for money to train you is to be steered well away from.
Not having a degree obviously makes things a lot harder, but I know of a few guys that don't and have got places, so I am confident.
Any advice as to who to approach and how to get noticed?
