What firms should I be looking at?

I'm thinking of moving firm.

I currently work for a prop firm, with salary and discretionary bonus.

I'm looking to move to a similar firm, but with an intelligent team interested in developing more quantitative strategies, and with a defined p&l split.

I do not wish to work for myself as I dislike the isolation, and my trading strategy involves monitoring over long hours, so I need a team to help me manage it.

What firms should I be thinking of joining? I was thinking of looking into Sun Trading, but then found a review that said it's very bad.

Who do you work for now ? I might like to take over your current job if you move.
