I think if you go to elitetrader.com and across the top they on their green pane they have an option Analyzer tool from IB http://www.interactivebrokers.com/optionsCommentary/elitetrader/

Thanks although they only seem to do the top 20 ratios on individual stocks. I was looking at the total equity put/call ratio or something tracking the put/call on the ES futures or SPY ETF...
