voice broker

hi all

this is out of left field.. but is there a program or a trading platform that would read out prices eg. bid/offer.. like having your personal voice broker.. I know that EBS has it..but unless u r a bank.. no point/afford to having one..

just nice to have it in the background whilst you are doing something else..
