I have a couple of offers from rates exotics trading desks at major banks. I wanted to get the opinions of anyone here who have thoughts on this desk and have opinions on what sorts of things I should be looking at to differentiate between the offers. I also have the option to do just vanilla swaps trading, but I think I would probably like to trade something a bit more interesting. Also, which banks are considered to be good in exotic rates trading? Thanks for any views and thoughts.
