in another thread trendie reminded me about 'that' tv show but what is more interesting is remembering the feelings at the time trading those markets.

look at that off the cliff chart . happy days.

I remember seeing parts of that on the web, be intersting to know if any of them made it, if any of them are still trading, for themselves or at that or some other fund.

Didn't someone say back when that one of them had posted here ?

I spoke with the scouser 'emile (i think), over on elitetrader. He was interested in getting into it.

Interesting TL, be nice to hear a success story come out of that, was a good idea behind that series.

Think you guys had sthg similar in the US I saw one or two installments of also on the web, wallstreet warriors or sthg like that.

yes the ibm guy was on here for a while.

they were trying to learn in the middle of a once in a lifetime crisis with wild hero or zero swings.

This thread reminded me of the other program that was shown, I think after this one, as part of the ''city season'' programming on bbc2.
Think it was called 'the city uncovered'.
I remember feeling jealous of this guys setup:
