Does anyone know of Prop Trading Firms that offer a base salary?

Does anyone know of a UK or European based Prop firm that pays a base salary. I am already in with a Prop house in London - it is going well but its slow progress. I can imagine it could take me some time to be a consistantly profitable trader - It would be fantastic if i could have a base salary (even v small) so i dont have to worry if i can eat or not in my first year.

think kyte and ostc used to, but it's doubtful they'll go near you unless you've already proven you can be consistently profitable.

I think Van Der Moolen did but I don't think they are an active prop trading firm in London any more.

It is indeed - essentially meaning, trading company funds for profit (or loss).

What must I do to get a job in a Trading found ?? I have to show records, some diploma, recommendation ?? Please advice.
