Buy and sell higher. Sellshort and cover lower. It definitely works on any time frame.

You don't need to know it.
Make you life easier.
Tell your broker to do it for you, after all he is charging you a spread on your Orders
Tell him to:
Buy at the Lowest Low and Exit at the Highest High of the day
or
Sell at the Highest High and Exit at the Lowest Low of the Day.
Whichever comes first.

He will do all the Donkey Work for you.
After all he is making money on the Spread,
Its his livlihood, he can't refuse.

If he does then tell him you will close your account and look for another broker elsewhere. Try to be firm with him.

Just in case the hard of thinking haven’t quite yet ‘got it’ and in order for them not to be prevented from becoming enormously wealthy for no effort simply because they’re stupid, John’s organisation have produced an indicator for this system which is freely available, but only currently available for MetaTrader users. I attach it here in case anyone wants to use it.

Unfortunately, the licence fee for MetaTrader is a little out of my league at the moment, (I hope one day to be able to afford it) so all you pros out there, let me know how it works out for you all.
