Everyone is talking up Mothercare as a defensive stock.
The thinking being people are staying in more having more sex (cannot afford Condoms?)and the result will be more babies. This will mean more business for Mothercare and people dont cut back on things their offspring need/want.
Mothercare are also expanding into Asia albeit as franchises, wher there are large families. In addition they will sell more nappies if North Korea starts using Atomic weapons and they will all start sh*ting themselves!
My thoughts are that the gains are now made and the price is at the top at 450 ish.
Any thoughts.
