Burchmore Group, mergers and acquisitions firm?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with these people? A few years ago I bought Primetime shares (pinksheets) which our now Huntgold shares they are looking to buy these shares off me for tax reasons, only if I get them de-restricted by paying £5000 to an american account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
