News Service with filters ?

I'm looking around for a news service. Ideally what I'd like is a news service where I can filter the news and sort it by date & time.

In particular, I'd like news on AMEX/NYSE/NASDAQ stocks, upgrades/downgrades & earning reports releases - in a single list, in 1 screen and sorted by the most recent first. I don't want a seperate page per sector - just all in one and with no other extraneous news in the list.

I want the date/time because I want to see what news came out after the markets closed.

It would be nice if the service was free, even better if they paid be to use it but I guess I could pay say $40 per month if a free trial was provided.

Absolutely !

And I would be willing to stump up roughly 295 baht or around about $9 a day which is roughly what a double-tall non fat latte, paris ham & cheddar sandwich & a skinny blueberry muffin costs.

Any comments on the non-fat milk would be superfluous.

I want one with a bullsh*t filter - how much extra is that?

Maybe screen scrape, or possibly RSS from Yahoo finance ?
