Delayed Intraday Data?

I like to maintain a database of stocks that I use NinjaTrader to scan for setups. The problem is that some of these use intraday data. I am tired of paying for BarChart for a live intraday datafeed when I can just use IB.

Does anyone know of a way to get delayed intraday data that I can download? I usually scan after hours and then watch a select list of stocks during trading hours.
