You get cold called from a firm nobody has heard of, asking you to buy shares in a company which you know nothing about and send the money to a dodgy offshore banking country.

And you're asking questions about the matter here when ALL the facts tell you SCAM SCAM SCAM. Mind you I'll give you credit for asking first and not first paying money to them.

But if you do pay money to these scammers it will 100% be stolen from you and sorry but you
all deserve to lose it.

OTC-papers are generally realy hard to deal with, as they realy dont have an exact value.
