I am pulling data into excel (RTD or DDE, doesn't matter).

Each time the data refreshes, the cell updates and the old data is no longer available...

... anybody got an idea about how I could write the incoming data into a file / sheet and keep it?

You'll need to write a macro based on the On Update function, if I remember correctly.

If you're storing price data, you may be better off using the onTime function to save the data once a minute, rather than every time it updates. PM me if you want more info on this.
