23% weekly profit over 8 months

Hi,

I don't really know where to place this post so it ended up here. I am not a scammer but a real/honest person with good intentions. I've been trading crude oil futures for the past 8 months with a system that i developed, the first 6 were on a demo account and the last 2 were on a real account but with very small money.
I never risk more then 3% of the total capital on a position and have been able to get an average weekly return of 23% profit. I do not have a lot of money but very much believe in my system and hope to someday make this my full-time job.
I am looking for investors and hope there are people who are willing to help me and are interested in getting a very good return on their money.
As is said earlier i am not a scammer by any means and write here with honest/good intentions so people who are interested can send me a private message and ill return them with my email address and phone numbers so we can talk...

Two things:

1) You've traded your system 8 times, with only two of them for real money. I don't know your background, but this does not make you a successful trader or make this a successful system.

2) You've traded oil across a period where it has trended strongly in both directions and even a Chimpanzee could have turned a profit on it by picking his trades randomly and applying some money management.

Don't want to take the wind out of your sails, but you may be getting ahead of yourself by seeking investors in your system.

Is uncle Bernie getting his family involved in the business now. Hope the 'm' at the end of your username doesn't stand for 'Madoff'! :)
 
I think he means 8 months not 'times'? Depending on the frequency of trades that time period could be sufficient.

I do agree with PB's second comment, why don't you apply your rules to some other instrument as well, just to see what results it gives on a less trending market?
 
Dont worry there's no madoff in my last name....

Also that my question is raising some eyebrows is something that i expected, as i said i have been trading it for 8 months and have about 3 to 4 trades a day. I do think that in the future i will apply my system to more then just oil but decided i really want to get good at one thing first.

I never claimed to be a long time successful and experienced trader, but i am honest about what i have been doing for the past 8 months and hope that ill be able to continue this into the future...

My instinct says that you are a scammer, but, given the gentle tone of your OP, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now. That said, you've got your sums very wrong somewhere. Your claim that you don't have much money which is why you seek investors doesn't hold water. Here's why: 8 months is equal to 34 weeks. If you only had $100 in week one, (and anyone can lay their hands on $100) this would have grown to a massive $113,965.00 by week 34. And all without risking more than 3% per trade, I don't think so!

im sorry i think you have misunderstood me, ive been demo trading this system for 6 out of the 8 months and have only been trading it on a real account for 2 months...
As i said in my earlier post is that i might have gotton a bit greedy and impatient hoping to jump start my account for higher profits(dollar wise)but still accept people interested in investing but are jut going to keep compounding my small account and if the past repeats itself i wont need investors...just patience
