Trend following vs. support/resistance

Just curious,

Who in here uses which style and why?

Do you trade long/term, short/term, day-trade?

I like trend-following styles, I trade long-term and short term. I suck at daytrading.

I will trade using support and resistance, usually looking for reversals and will also get in to trend trades on larger time frames taking entries from my smaller t/f

yes, and when trend fails it creates SR.
