Why do you loose money?

I loose money on days i cant seem to stick to my plan, x amount of trades, call it a day at x pips made. all just goes out the window!! specially when chasing loses. Also i try and fight the market, today would be a great example, constantly trying to short the bs rally in the us markets. serisouly need to sort out my discapline!

Here's a tip, if contracts are being sold off at higher prices....don't join in the selling. Hope this helps.

Trade the market you see, not the market you want to see.

Were you DCA(ing) the trend hoping for the Selloff on the NFP???

its only sometimes i trade the market i want to see, my main problem is im just not discaplined, i dont call it a day when i should and i try to chase loses
