Anyone know what platforms that can provide selling and buying volume as separate entities as apposed to just total volume? Obviously im aware its not to hard to work out from the candles what the volume is doing but i would be interested in this.

What is the difference between buying and selling volume? When you sell an instrument isn't someone there to buy it?
 
Sierra Chart will divide (and store) volume at bid and volume at ask which in some cases can be indicative of buying vs selling pressure. You can then analyze it for big vs small players should you wish.

Not as a built in function to my knowledge, however I would have thought it perfectly feasible to write a custom function to do this and would be surprised if someone hadn't already done so. Best ask on their forum.
 
CQG TradeFlow; will show you the relationship between trades hitting the bid and lifting the offer
