How would you have played this?

My avg loss is still bigger than my avg profit, hence I keep ending each week around or slighly better than BE. Can anyone tell me how you would have played this? Where would you put your stop? Where would you have got in/out? Etc..

I took 16 pips £80 but my risk was £100- 20pts.
