A Good Book to Start?

Could someone recommend a good book to start with for a complete noob.

Something that gives a solid foundation would be ideal.

Get your mind right before you go chasing systems and strategies.
Start with Mark Douglas, "Trading in the Zone".

I'm not looking for systems etc, just a good foundation book that will provide a good starting point.
 
I humbly submit my own book. It was written specifically for those new to the markets. I was working with a university professor to help develop a "trading" course at my alma mater a couple years back and couldn't find a good general (non-market specific, non-timeframe specific, non-style specific) text which really does start at the ground level - most of the students having zero experience - so I wrote one. Sounds like it's the sort of thing you're looking for.
