Mervyn King at the Bank of England and that self proclaimed Guru of finance Gordon Brown must accept much of the responsibility for the current credit crisis.
There was no shortage of warnings that there was a credit crisis looming but they did nothing.
Financial matters are these days measured in milli-seconds and London, New York etc. have failed to keep up. The price for this catastrophic failure is seeing the financial matters of the world being swiftly transferred to the above mentioned places ( Shanghai, Mumbai. Dubai or goodbye ) and elsewhere. Mr. overfed banker in traditional striped suit is a mere memory of past times.
Gordon Brown, King et al. should step aside and limit the damage. Clear off you old farts and QUICKLY.
